Central to our purpose is that your m i s t r i pieces resonate deeply, cultivating a community of shared respect, thoughtful craft, and mutual growth.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We have crafted these with care and clarity, reflecting the thoughtful approach behind everything we create.
1. About m i s t r i by R ê v e is a Canadian-based soft textile studio working in close partnership with artisan communities across India. Our collections are produced in small batches—each shaped by hand, season, and material. Rooted in natural processes and crafted with intention, our pieces evolve slowly and are offered through a considered, request-based approach.
2. Use of the Website This space is created for those within the m i s t r i circle—clients, collaborators, and collectors—who seek access to our curated collections. As each piece is bespoke and made in collaboration with artisans, orders are placed by request. All content on this website—including images, text, design, and collection language—is original to m i s t r i by R ê v e. We kindly ask that it not be copied, reproduced, shared, or repurposed in any form without prior written permission. The spirit of our work lies in its authenticity and care; we ask the same respect in return.
3. Requests & Availability Our collections are available by request. Each piece is made through a fully handmade process, often using natural dyes and woven techniques that respond to seasonality and material flow. Because of this, timelines may shift—sometimes gently, sometimes unexpectedly. We honour this rhythm as part of the work itself. To rush the process, or those who make it, would be to compromise the integrity of the craft. We do our best to keep you informed, and we welcome your patience as part of this shared journey.
4. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods. Please note, any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. We appreciate your understanding as we work within international frameworks to bring our craft to you.
5. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within North America, Europe, and select international locations. Delivery times vary depending on availability, location, and artisan processes. Once your order ships, we’ll provide tracking details so you can follow its journey. If your location is outside our current shipping regions, please reach out—we are happy to discuss special arrangements whenever possible. We value open communication and will keep you informed about the status of your order—whether it’s arriving early, as expected, or running behind schedule. We offer transparency throughout and will keep you informed should any delays arise.
6. Returns & Exchanges Purchasing from m i s t r i by R ê v e means embracing the beauty of imperfection and the unique nature of handmade craft. Each piece carries individual character shaped by artisan hands. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery. We are committed to making things right with care, integrity, and respect. Returns must be requested within this period, and the client is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the bespoke and artisanal nature of our work, all sales are final except in cases of genuine defects.
